Why You Should Meditate: The aim of meditation is to bring inner peace within yourself and live this peace in your world. Your thoughts become more positive, and you grow spiritually. You open up to what your Higher Self, your Soul, has to present to you. Meditation involves transforming yourself. You recognize any negative thoughts or feelings you have and change them into positive and peaceful ones. With meditation, you experience peace within yourself and love within your heart and mind.

People who meditate regularly are happier and less prone to depression. They feel rested and rejuvenated. Their immune system is stronger, and their heart beats more slowly.

There are many types of meditation. You can repeat a word over and over, such as “love,” “peace,” or “harmony.” You can watch your breath go in and out of your nose. You can walk and pay attention to what is around you or the movement of your body. You can listen to nature sounds or classical music.

Guided Meditation is Unique: Guided meditations are a special type of meditation. You are taken on a journey and go to new places in your mind. You may go to a place of peace that you create, an ocean, a forest, a special room, a temple, or a pyramid. Following my gentle voice, you are guided to think about some activity involving yourself or people you know and love. You may be asked to forgive another or to understand yourself more deeply.

Guided meditations help you reach the desired state quickly and easily. You follow my soft voice and allow me to take you on an adventure. Together, we create an opportunity for your mind to open to your deeper thoughts. These thoughts from your Higher Self inevitably rise to the surface, showing you what your next step is, what you are to do with your life.

During the guided meditations, your mind focuses on a certain concept or activity. Extraneous thoughts drop away. The energy behind the thought or idea is activated, causing you to see the various parts, assisting you in recombining and creating a new understanding. Other relevant thoughts will come to you, and you will form new concepts and ideas. You will solve problems and understand the world in a fresh way.

You will become more aware of yourself, what you do without conscious thought, and how to change your thoughts to change your behavior. Your personality will come more and more under the control of your Soul, your Higher Self. You will be able to see what his happening within your mind and how that leads to your behavior. When you see the drama you are creating, you will be able to detach from that. This leads to not automatically following the impulses and inclinations you do not want in your life. You will be able to create a more effective life for yourself, change your destiny, and increase your happiness.

You can meditate to the one you like most every day, meditate to different ones in a series, or rotate among various meditations in several series.
